We moved here over the summer from the Philly area, where I'd been receiving gluteal tendinopathy PT for months with zero improvement. I still could not get up from a chair and take a few steps without wanting to scream in pain. Our new GP recommended Progressive. Yesterday, after a few months of once-weekly sessions, I was put on "pause" to see how I do without therapy because I. Am. Doing. So. Well! I can pop right out of a seated position and am walking without pain. I always felt like my prior therapists were going by "the book," while Michelle, Jen, and the team listened and adjusted, listened more, adjusted more. ...I am hoping my "pause" ends up being a "discharge" eventually, but this is a condition that may require maintenance and activity/exercise tweaking as I get (even) older. I'm so happy to know you're a 10-minute drive away. Thanks to everyone at Progressive!

Progressive PT is professional with a great staff. Our family has been here for different reasons. We have always been very happy. Our experience on both the billing side and the patient care side has been excellent.

Nadine provides an outstanding experience. Her deep pressure fascia treatments are both effective and deeply relaxing. She and Mia are professional, knowledgeable and truly attentive. Great place for recovery!

I just finished 8 weeks of therapy with John O after ACL reconstruction. I improved tremendously and quicker than I expected! I was apprehensive at the thought of PT because I was afraid of pain and reinsurance, but John was patient, informative, and a great cheerleader. It felt more like coming to see friends who are rooting for your successful recovery than therapy.

This is my second time going to Progressive PT,the reason why I choose this place is because of the professional, but kind and warm way they are showing to clients. From the owner,she is super awesome, to the phisical therapist,I adore them all,to the people at the front desk. It feels good to come here!! I recommend this place to everyone, upu won't regret it!!

I completed six weeks of PT with Michelle Sanders and Nadine the assistant PT at the Green Valley location. I could not be more pleased with the professional care, candid feedback and progress that was made during this period. I have a herniated L4/5 disc in my back that had nearly made me immobile when I first visited the Progressive clinic. I'm 90% improved upon completion. I have great guidance regarding continued stretches and exercises and I have received solid guidance regarding future expectations. I could not find a better PT staff. Thanks, Dennis

I highly recommend Progressive Therapy. The therapists seem to really care about their clients and take their progress personally. If the client isn’t progressing to their satisfaction, they try different approaches instead of being regimented. Also, the therapists stay with you for the entire appointment and are very pleasant to work with.

I've brought my kids to John (and other PT's at Progressive Physical Therapy) multiple times and have even needed his help myself when I messed up my neck. He is very attentive and gentle. My kids and I had almost immediate relief!! We went home with exercises to continue our healing. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Exceptional care from start to finish. Complicated ankle surgery left me lots of new hardware and I needed to find rehab in Green Valley. A local softball player pointed me to Progressive Physical Therapy — and I’m so glad he did. In just a few weeks, I went from a WCHR to a walker to a cane, and finally a hiking pole. The team is skilled, caring, and truly listens. Every appointment was on time, easy to schedule, and tailored to my goals. My therapist Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly encouraging. My mobility improved more than I expected. Whether you want better balance and mobility, hope to get back on the field or court, or simply want to walk and hike comfortably again (like me), this is the place. They’re the best. I highly recommend this practice!

I completed six weeks of physical therapy with John & Nadine. To my surprise I had lost a lot of muscle in my right leg from thigh to hip from a long term compression of my L4&5,S1. I have been a very physically active 70yo male without much pain but I was unknowingly compensating with my left leg. John eval my condition by looking at xrays & mri images and as well as asking for my input and concerns. John started me on lower back traction for 20 mins and daily stretches. The second week on John & Nadine added daily excercises. I could could feel a difference in how my right leg felt and soon was able to do excercises I was not able to do previously. About 4 weeks in I was slowly gaining muscle mass back in my right leg. I am still doing my daily stretches and excercises on my own to continue to gain muscle back. John & Nadine told me I can call or stop by if I have any questions or concerns. This was my fifth physical therapy involving other overused parts of my body, but first with Progressive Therapy. I was skeptic on quick turn-around especially since John told me my muscle loss may have started years ago. But, I was overjoyed to have not only stopped the muscle loss but also by gaining muscle back so quickly really surprise me. I would rate John & Nadine and Progressive Therapy Staff higher than five stars, more like 10 🌟.
